This work strives to incorporate knowledge of anatomy and traditional, representational techniques with an expressionistic and experimental approach. Many pieces also incorporate writing in the process, product and concept. Mixed media is often employed in layered surfaces where translucency and opacity vary, hiding or revealing various elements.
